OVERVIEW: The accounts payable staff is responsible for processing and distributing weekly payments to vendors for the Westin Anaheim. The position requires effective communication with vendors and operations staff to maintain an effective payables department producing payments on time. Responsibilities also includes assisting with the pre-opening OS&E procurement process.
The Assistant Director of Engineering will assist and collaborate with the Chief Engineer to develop maintenance related programs, processes and standards. The main focus of the role will be to strategically manage the daily operations of the department with a pro-active approach and gracious attitude. Manages all engineering/maintenance operations, including maintaining the building, grounds and physical plant with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection. Accountable for managing the budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance and energy conservation.
A catering sales manager strategically identifies and coordinates all catering sales efforts of both corporate and social clientele. The job involves initiation and development of quality leads to ensure revenue growth and repeat guests.
A Convention Services Manager is dedicated to providing exemplary service in order to create lasting and favorable memories. This position ensures the complete coordination of all events, meetings and conventions hosted in the hotel. Prepares all event documentation and coordinates with Sales, property departments and customer to ensure consistent, high level service throughout the pre-event, event and post-event phases of property functions, while promoting the company’s core service standards and brand attributes; supports the company’s sustainability initiatives and platform; and manages the operations by maintaining a positive,forward-thinking, and safe environment.
JOB OVERVIEW: Responsible for all Front Office functions and staff. Areas of responsibility include Bell Staff, Service Express, Guest Services, and Front Desk, Club Lounge. As a department head, directs and works with managers and employees to successfully execute all Front Office operations, including guest arrival and departure procedures. Works to establish a safe and secure environment for all guests and associates.

JOB OVERVIEW: The Group Sales Coordinator provides administrative support to the Director of Sales and Marketing, Group and Leisure Sales Managers. They are responsible for facilitating various tasks such as site inspections, tradeshow preparation, lead management, scheduling and attendance records, preparing and assisting with proposals and contracts, contract turnovers and all supportive functions that contribute to the success of the sales team.
JOB OVERVIEW: The Group Sales Manager is responsible for the individual achievement of room and banquet revenue goals generated by assigned markets and territory. Manages proactively to successfully achieve the hotel’s budget and service goals utilizing the hotels marketing plan and brand initiatives and strategy. Establishes lasting relationships with clients and third parties by prompt follow-up, a willingness to exceed expectations, attention to detail and consistent communication to ensure that the client’s expectations are exceeded.
