Assists the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis. Responsible for daily production and execution of menu items. The Cook 1 communicates effectively and daily with the Chef on duty in regards to staff performance and daily production.

Must be proficient in all cooking techniques. Must prepare for all banquet events as needed and execute in a timely fashion if in the banquet kitchen. Must prepare and execute all menu items for their station if in an outlet according to the recipe cards to ensure that quality standards are being met.

OVERVIEW: Dishwashers are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods. Additionally, dishwashers are expected to keep the dishwashing area clean and safe. Dishwashers are also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of the dish machines and pot wash areas including chemical inventories.
OVERVIEW: Performs above basic general maintenance work to ensure resort and surrounding buildings maintenance quality standards are achieved and maintained. The Maintenance Engineer performs above basic general and preventive maintenance and repairs, monitors life safety systems and utilities and assist in department administration in compliance with policies and procedures, brand standards, and federal, state and local regulations.
OVERVIEW: The Engineering Supervisor will assist and collaborate with the Director of Engineering and the Chief Engineer to develop maintenance related programs, processes and standards. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the hotel’s HVAC requirements, general maintenance, repairs, electrical and plumbing. Daily monitoring and preventative maintenance are included.

Responsible for processing all guest check-ins/check-outs, confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns. Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in. Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors and dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed. Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest. Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy. Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system. Full time and Part time positions are available.

Responsible for telephone switchboard station in order to answer telephone calls. Process guest requests for wake-up calls, screening calls, room service orders and other requests related to placing or receiving telephone calls. Advise guest of any messages (e.g., voicemail, mail, faxes) received for them, and send to room if required. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns. Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly. Log all guest requests or issues into computer, contact appropriate individual or department (e.g. Bellperson, Housekeeping, Engineering, Room Service, Valet), and follow up with guest to ensure their request has been met to their satisfaction. Provide information to guests about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest. Assist guests with accessing the internet. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
