OVERVIEW: The Banquet Captain is responsible for assuring the success of all banquet events, while maintaining a profitable operation and high quality products and service levels. He/She is expected to share ideas to promote business; reduce employee turnover; maintain revenue and payroll budgets; and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high.
JOB OVERVIEW: Manage all aspects of the banquet kitchen. Service all outlets with regard to employees, food product and planning.
OVERVIEW: The Banquet Server is responsible for the set-up and serving of food and beverages to guests at all banquet functions, according to the hotel standards.
• Responsible for ensuring a consistent flow of services to guest and cocktail servers by assisting bartender with their job functions.
Responsible for driving vehicle from hotel to appropriate destination according to assigned schedule
Serves orders by picking up and delivering patrons' choices from bar and kitchen; delivering accompaniments and condiments from service bars.
JOB OVERVIEW: The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for the individual achievement of room revenue goals generated by assigned markets and territory. Manages proactively to successfully achieve the hotel’s budget and service goals utilizing the hotels marketing plan and brand initiatives and strategy. Establishes lasting relationships with clients and third parties by prompt follow-up, a willingness to exceed expectations, attention to detail and consistent communication to ensure that the client’s expectations are exceeded.
OVERVIEW: The dishwasher position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc. using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dish-washing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility.
The ideal Front Desk Agent candidate will have some previous Front Desk Agent experience, exceptional communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for positive, upbeat individuals who can deliver total guest satisfaction.
